The 80/20 Principle
Very often genius is in simplicity. Formulas make predictions simple and the 80/20 formula for me, simplifies decisions and information in education, sustainability and art.
…I am not at a point where I am ready to make 80% of my cosmetics. 20% ? Maybe. Much more realistic. When purchasing, again, 80/20. One of the reasons I joined Ringana was I supported the concept of using plant-based products ethically sourced, produced and shipped.

Precision
I grew up with my Mother baking. Always. The cupboards were full of meringues, the freezer with honey cakes and dough for rogaliki (crescent-shaped) pastries filled with jams. Mom didn’t visit anyone without bringing a tray of delectable delights. I am sad to say, I didn’t appreciate it at the time.
The art of teaching
My story will begin in my final year of high school. Back then, in Onatrio this was Grade 13; I told my English teacher I would be applying for an Engineering degree. The energy in the room shifted - I was excited, she scowled. "Engineers don't do well in English".
